Four Levels of Security Service Agents
Level I
The Level I Agent can be an armed or unarmed guard.
The Level I Agent may be assigned to any of the following task:

- Guard a property, asset or principle person.
- Maintain a post or drive a vehicle on patrol.
- He/She may perform other task assigned by management or the client.
- Chauffeur the client.
- Drive the client's personal vehicle or company shuttle.
- Be a courier for the client.
- Monitor surveillance cameras.
- Monitor employees access to facilities at entry and exit points.
Level II
The Cachet Level II Agent is a person with management experience and or capabilities. This is typically an armed agent.
He/She may perform the following duties:
The Cachet Level II Agent is a person with management experience and or capabilities. This is typically an armed agent.
He/She may perform the following duties:
- Manage Level I Agents on duty.
- Assume more responsibility for the client.
- If the Cachet Level II Agent is assigned additional responsibilities by the client, the Level II Agent is typically accompanied by a Level I Agent.
- May be assigned to drive a client with greater needs.
- If a veteran, this person often has experience managing people.
Level III
Cachet Concierge Security Agent.
The Level III Agent is a good people person and is great for working with the public.

- The Concierge Agent typically:
- has the skills of a Level II Agent
- is armed
- has good communication skills
- greets people with a smile
- can read people well
- can solve day to day problems
- a higher level Concierge Agent has business management skills and a college education.
ALevel IV
Cachet Executive Protection Security Agent
This EP Agent is focused on protecting the principle asset. He/she may or may not have concierge skills. He/She is highly trained and armed. You will not assign the EP Agent any duties other than to protect you, your loved ones and monitor your business assets.
